About this mod
This mod will establish a working, large scale stadium meant for battles, using the Contraptions DLC features in the Workshop, on Spectacle Island.

Welcome to Spectacle Stadium!
When I first visited Spectacle Island I thought, this settlement needs a feature that is worthy of its size. What better place to put an entire stadium? With Spectacle Stadium, you get 3 bars and luxury box seating, as well as an open arena where you can pit settlers or robots against each other as a flood of enemies and monsters flood in from the cages above.
While all my settlement mods are vanilla, unfortunately, this one requires at least one other mod, one that insulates the power conduits so the rigging of this stadium would work. There is a small shack outside the stadium that has two power switch boxes, ON for the cages and powered outer doors, and OFF for the inner doors. Turn the cages OFF and the inner doors ON (in that order) for this to work. If you need to assign teams to the pads on the arena floor, you will need to use the inner door switch to turn them ON.
Future updates to this mod will see an entire reconstruction from the ground-up to create better wiring. A known problem with this design is that the inner doors are too small for larger enemies to get through, which means they'll be stuck and unable to reach the floor. Settlers also attack anything coming out of the cages, which means there's no chance to really turn the stadium into a true spectator facility. The cage areas need to be redesigned to no longer include wall units that have windows, which allows settlers to see and shoot enemies as they're released from the cages. I will also be making huge changes to the Party Bus bar and the luxury seating area, because I think both could be better.
This mod contains the stadium and only the stadium; no other improvements have been made to the settlement, save for some plants that I did not feel like removing. You will need to build housing and do the rest yourself. However, future updates will lavishly outfit the entire island with different communities and housing units spread out and grouped towards interesting features on the land. The arena floor is large enough to build some traps, which could also be very fun in the robots vs settlers vs "anything that can be caught in a cage" battles.
As a base to adjust and personalize your own battle arena space, this mod is perfect. I will be taking suggestions for how to best use the DLC to enhance this stadium in the comments.
