Just what I needed to pair with my dire super-hard survival mods. I want action to be dangerous, not life itself. Good level of healing without taking the danger out of combat.
So, just to be clear, what happens when/if I actually get the magazine? Will it double to 2/min? Will it do nothing? EDIT: Oh, actually the description says "equivalent to" the magazine, not actually the same effect, so it should almost definitely add up to 2/min.
