Adds a very small heath regen (equivalent to the magazine "My Brain and I") that is added to the player via script.

This adds a very slight HP regen to the player via script. The regen is very small, only about 1HP a minute (the same as what you get when you pick up the "My Brain and I" magazine) but it allows you to "top off" your HP, or perhaps get out of a sticky situation.
Please note, this does not include any kind of radiation regen, you're still stuck with dealing with that nonsense on your own.
Please note, I am an utter scripting novice but as far as I can tell it seems to be working properly. This is a ridiculously simple script, so it shouldn't affect anything.
