   So what exactly is the situation concerning a Skyrim mod for as a requirement for this mod?

      You don't need to install it just use subtitles

      @avel216, It's not that bad. Just Manual Download the voice file from the Skyrim mod that is in the link. Unzip/Extract using 7-zip or whatever you use. Pull the Grognak folder that is in the Voice folder and drop it in the Voice folder for Fallout 4 in common/Fallout4/Data/Sound/Voice folder. I am new to adding mods on a computer. It was so cool when I got it to work.

   Or just put the grognak costume on any male companion you choose that already has a voice and scripts, etc. In bodyslide the outfit already changes the physique. You may have to have hero bodies, not sure. I have an arnold preset I can put on Raul or Lee or Ranger or other male companions, then give him a grognak costume and voila. But good idea to have grognak as a companion.
