Welcome to the newly redesigned Starlight Bazaar.

When I first built Starlight Bazaar, the DLC had yet to come out, so from foundation to its most upper level, it was created with only the crudest of the Workshop's building assets. With this new design, Starlight Bazaar has been polished up to include more of the amenities, building materials, and items from Automatron through Nuka World. It was also reformatted to include living or working space for your favorite companions. I also planned the combined store areas to give the player the opportunity to display some of their Unique weapons, armor, and outfits with showcase areas, some of them arranged according to DLC.

I designed this settlement mod, as I do with all my settlements, to intuitively imagine what community planning would look like in a world that has only the Workshop's limited tools and objects. Starlight Bazaar has a security checkpoint (designed for X6-88 and Dogmeat), outdoor Nuka Cafe, a Brahmin barn, two scientific research buildings, a fully stocked garage with General store counter and auto parts yard, an outdoor basketball court with two bars and stadium seating (as well as a side entry point and travel bus for the away team), a gym with bikes and a therapy bath as well as membership intake area, the Liquor Up! sports bar, a rental lobby for office space, four office rooms (one designed specifically for Piper), a cafeteria and bar, a giant slaughtering and outdoor grilling area with multiple cooking options (plus a grazing area and small garden) the I'll Cut Ya! surgeon/optometrist/clinic/barber with patient recovery area, Deacon's Costume Shop with multiple display areas for Unique outfits and weapons, a fancy fine clothing store, a Weapons shop with a display area for both your Nuka Cola and Vims power armor, an Armor store with display areas for Unique armor and weapons, a Silver Listening Room (with a radio and display areas for the Silver Shroud outfit and gun), a lodging floor with a two-screen movie theater and multiple themed rooms for sleeping, an upper-level nautical-themed bar called The North Star, a vault-themed bar called Vault 80 Proof, and an open-air Nuka Cola Arcade (with slot machines for the adults).

While this mod sounds almost complete, there are a few areas that will be improved in further updates. There are some display areas in the combined weapons, armor and clothing market that will be redesigned to more thematically accommodate some of the few Unique items in the DLC that I accidentally missed in my first playthrough--the Marine wetsuit, the Wildman rags, High Confessor's Robes, stuff like that. There should be plenty of open space for you to improvise these display areas on your own if you wish. I also think the strip of road leading from the security checkpoint to the bar will be a nice spot for a folksy outdoor market area. I'd also like to make more special areas for companions like Hancock. I highly suggest putting companions in certain roles around the Bazaar, like Deacon at the costume shop, or Cait at a bar, or Macready at a weapons shop. Marie was thought to be the settlement's surgeon (she has a bed in the research area but never uses it, lol). I will also be continuing to update the decor.

In order to make the costume area make sense, you'll need to consult the pictures to see what Unique outfits I put in each area. Feel free to ask in the comments if you can't identify them.

As with all my settlement mods, Starlight Bazaar is 100% Vanilla and uses only the official DLC. As with all Transfer Settlement Blueprint Mods, this will require the use of Transfer Settlements, HUDFramework, and Fallout 4 Script Extender. Instructions for use on the Transfer Settlements mod page.
