I really enjoy StuykGaming's Simply Modular Housing and felt it should have some proper real-world carpenting effects. Feels legit after testing so I decided to share it with the community (all samples are free to use)
For this to have any purpose you need to have SMH (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15108) installed!
Manual installation; Download the archive, open it and open the data-folder within. Drop the contents (sound-folder) to your Fallout4/Data.
