Thanks, endorsed. I tried the few blueprint vanilla options for this settlement and this stands out as light and believeable but pretty complete so it's my final pick. I do not have horizons but nothing critical appears missing. I had to manually add a settler radio tower (maybe because I'm missing something from that mod) and I chose to add a few turrets as the defenses were rather light but overall fewer problems than with some other blueprints.
