its not working for me. I installed it and it shows on my mod list in game, but no one has any masks. Am I doing something wrong? im new to modding so im pretty sure the problem is my fault

That's a good idea mate. Sadly I wouldn't lay my hands on that mod, it's heavily scripted and not to mention already is a master piece. Would be an insult try to patch this mod with that lol
You can have all the peasants masked while you don't wear one yourself and play a pretty good Institute tyrant. Other then that I don't see why anyone would conceivably want to use this.
Please add a version of this mod that doesn't add the mask to any NPCs, just changes the surgical mask so that it has rad resist stats (+5 rad resist seems immersive to me). And please add the surgical mask to general/armor vendor lists as well. This configuration would be the most immersive and compatible with other mods.
