I don't know why only this kind of grass moves stiffly back and forth on the ground, but does not move with the wind, and many of them seem to be not planted in the soil. Under the light, there will be this kind of cut shadow The grass texture is using GrassSheet01_D What do I need to do to fix it?
I already commented on your original mod, thought I should praise your work here too, such a beautiful grass! A question: I have Seasons Change, and its MCM config limits the types of grass to 15. I managed to change that limit to 32 (also in the game's ini file of course), but I still feel like I'm not having a dense grass like I see in the pictures here... My iMinGrassSize is 40, but I believe somehow it's not loading all grass types as it was supposed to. I also have Grass Reworked, but this should limit grass only in specific areas, right? Any ideas to fix that?
Thanks for saying! Curious dilemma- something's conflicting with something else here, but not quite sure what. Is the original VELDT .ESL activated, and does it have load precedence over the other grass mods?
You mean the original VELDT.esp? Because I don't have an ESL file here. So the plugins are loaded in this order: True grass, VELDT, VELDT original recipe. I checked with FO4edit, VELDT Original Recipe is the last one changing grass. For mod's load order, the same, but with this greener pastures textures after all these.
It did not work. I was thinking maybe it could be related to a ground texture I'm using that is covering some grass. Because at red rocket there's plenty of grass, but most of time it's like this second picture. God damn this mod is beautiful. Only problem is the grass reaches the sidewalk and cement of a bunch of places, noticeably in Sanctuary, and I'm wondering if there's a way to get the grass off the walkways.

Unfortunately due to the way grass is placed according to underlying ground texture, if the grass were removed from the gravel textures underlying sidewalks, etc., it also wouldn't appear beside railroads, etc. leaving the rest of the landscape looking unnaturally trim for a post-apocalypse. You're welcome to fiddle around in xEdit to remove grass from offending texture sets, just be advised it'll affect the whole lush vibe.
I was using Grasslands 2.0 and up until swapping to Veldt-Greener Pastures i thought Grasslands was the best Grass/Landscape Mod on the Nexus, nothing could convince me otherwise, but dude, Veldt and Greener Pastures....im legit hard for this mod. Absolutely amazing work, just sad i couldnt Endorse it hard enough lol. question about Greener Pastures tho, im 11 hours into my game with it, i havent passed Concord tho, i made it up to Sunshine Tidings (im doing some Settlement quests to get them out of the way along with Depravity and Conqueror beginnings) and wanted to ask, does Greener Pastures turn all the grass lush and green? or do you still get the bio-diversity advertised in Veldt Original? im curious, i got GP because i rlly dont like the dead grass look (in any mod) but was still hoping to retain the diverse grasstypes per region. thanks! and keep up the great work Napoleon!
Thanks! Like VELDT, BOREALIS, and all my landscape mods, Greener Pastures does indeed feature different biomes in different parts of the map. It's a little subtler than the others, because it's all shades of spring/summer green, but the differences are there.
awesome, thanks dude! because of Veldt i cant even recognize the Commonwealth anymore, i showed my brother who also loves this game and he didnt know what i was showing him until i came upon the Red Rocket next to Sanctuary and he was stunned. im never playing Fallout 4 again without this one! keep up the amazing work!
