This mod is great. I just cleared Taffington Boathouse and immediately thought about this mod after I saw it at a glance a while ago. I had a bloodbug eat multiple shotgun rounds, one or two frag mines, and a couple Chinese Officer Sword swings. I mean, come on Bethesda! You'll make radroaches these delicate little flowers, despite cockroaches being notoriously hard to kill for a bug. Then you've got these oversized mosquitoes and flies taking entire tubes of buckshot to put down, if you hit every shot.
In a similar vein to this, do you think it'd be possible to fix the stupid VATS accurracy penalties on humanoid targets? For some reason, I can walk up to any human enemy, say a Raider, and VATS at them with a 95% chance to hit them with a shotgun center mass. Yet when I do the same thing to a ghoul, or god forbid a giant brick wall of a Super Mutant, for some reason the accuracy plummets. Same shape as as human, same distance, same gun, and yet accuracy is shit.
One of the most frustrating things when playing the game was this. How the hell does gunshots and sword slices not break insects? I get they're big, but still. Your mod is greatly appreciated.
Finally someone did this. Realistically you'd probably be able to splatter most if not all of these bugs with a single .38 or 10mm given their size, and assuming the calibers are as powerful as their IRL counterparts.

huge bugs carapice deflect bullets
single bullet expanding in insect guts should be enough to pop them
