   I'm not sure why but this just isn't showing up in the presets for me.. i uninstalled and reinstalled it so many times, what did I do wrong?

      the armor is Private Military Company. not sure about the backpack and those goggles but the rest is in that mod and there is a Private Military Company extended mod with a few more options.

      As already stated the Armor is the Private Military Company (PMC) The goggles come with the HK USP .45 with Tactical knife (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42805) and the backpack and hat are from the Tactical Military Equipment (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42945) Enjoy!

   Just a heads up you made a mistake with how the file is packaged, you have it as F4SE/plugins/F4SE/Presets when it should be F4SE/plugins/F4EE/presets. It's relatively minor but just thought you should know.
