There are a few mods that script-skip Vault 111 after character creation. There's a save that skips it too, but that author left all their mods enabled. I wanted saves that were PURE vanilla, so I disabled everything. Even DLC's. These two saves are saved on Creation Engine v1.10.163.0 with nothing but Fallout3.esm loaded. Each save is saved right at the vault door, with 3 stims, a pistol, 88 rounds; and a vault suit, on very easy difficulty, survival opt-in.
Simply drop these files in %HOMEPATH%/Documents/My Games/Fallout 4/Saves, and you are ready to go! For added protection, use a mod manager with profiles, and copy these saves to the new mod profile.

Start Me Up -> If you load this save with Start Me Up - Alternate Start & Dialogue Overhaul, you're essentially an amnesiac who can't remember his/her wife/husband or son. As if you selected the "This is a dream, I need to wake up." option from Start Me Up. If you're going to use it, I would recommend using Start Me Up in place of these saves, and do the "This is a memory, I don't want to relive this." option so you can do the vault half yourself.
