Allows you to play as the US Army in Sim Settlements Conqueror. Contains US Army Loyalist (Liberators) and US Army Renegades (Conqueors). Same content as version v2.00, but now has Canary Save Monitor Support. Probably don't need to start new game.

Patch for the Standard Enclave Faction Pack and the Ghoulish US Army Remnant Faction pack. Changes the enemy lists so both conqueror factions hate each other and both liberator factions, the liberator factions only hate the conqueror faction.
