Adds pre-war looking US Army/USMC/Winterized textures for the power armours.

I wasn't happy with the military paint provided by Bethesda, so I decided to make my own. Currently there are two versions, a standalone version that adds a new paint scheme to the power armour station, and a replacer version that simply replaces existing textures.
The T series of suits have an olive drab base with white markings on them. This was typical of the US forces in the 1950s in real life, and seems to be how the in-game pre-war US Army was too.
The X-01 has a bit of a different skin, as they were made post-war by the Enclave, for the Enclave's army (Called the Department of the Army). As such, it has a more brownish green, to camouflage better in the barren post-war world, and the markings are black as it show up a little better on background. Despite looking different the standalone version has the exact same stats as the T series does.
USMC Skins
There are also USMC skins available for the T-Series of suits. They are mostly the same as the Army skins, and the standalone versions have the same stats as Army ones. The replacer versions replace the Hot Rod Flames for all suits.
Winterized Skins
As with the USMC, the winterized skins are for the T-series and the standalone versions have the same stats as the Army ones. However the replacer versions replace the Hot Rod Shark.
Standalone
The suits have the following effects:
- Each part has +25 ballistic damage resistance and +50 hit points
- Wearing a complete suit grants the same STR bonus as the standard military paint
- However, the parts are a bit heavier to balance this out. (If you feel the balance could use some tweaking please leave a comment)
- Currently costs no ingredients, if people really want it to cost resources I will attempt to add this, if I can figure out how.
- Parts will have the 'Military' prefix.
Replacer
The following armors will have these textures replaced
T-45 Army
- Hot Rod Pink
T-51 Army
- No Material Mod
- Titanium Plating
- Explosive Shielding
- Lead Plating
- Prism Shielding
T-60 Army
- Hot Rod Pink
X-01 DotA
- Hot Rod Pink
USMC
- Will replace the Hot Rod Flames on the T-45, T-51 and T-60
Winterized
- Will replace the Hot Rod Shark on the T-45, T-51 and T-60
