Yes, this is compatible with BostonFPSFix. It is not compatible with Fo4FI_FPS_fix since it recombines new mesh data for all exterior cells. Read description for more info about BostonFPSFix.
As for FO4FI_TFTC, it is not compatible. Use either this or that, not both. This patch will mostly be useless for you if use both since it also generates interior cells (undoing most fixes).
That being said, this patch only uses precombines and previs where they are most needed. There are exterior cells which this patch does not recombine. Why? For most people they are not necessary, as they are way less demanding than the inner Boston area anyway. Here is a list exterior cells not recombined but broken by TFTC:
To summarize, if you want all cells to have precombined meshes and previs use FO4FI_TFTC, but know that most recombined cells hardly gain any performance out of it. You also won't have any use of this patch unless the author makes another patch for both.

The PRP patch that BenR references (mod #54494) was built on PRP v59.x~something... and has not been updated since June 2022, so no it wouldn't be compatible with v65.x+ {as 65 didn't exist yet}.

There are, however, some handy dandy scripts from PJMail here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/69978 ... which make previsibine generation within reach of ordinary humans with potato+ computers. So, at some point I'm gonna take a whack at regen'ing previs for my full load order.
Excuse me, but how did you regenerate the precombines? Through the Creation Kit normally or through the Creation Kit CLI, cause if the latter is true, I'd like to know how if you'd be so kind.
The 3.02 update only removed some voiced audio to my knowledge, but I have not confirmed that yet. I would image someone would have reported problems with it otherwise by now though.

Hi evilzer, I hate to be a bother but would you please upload this for xbone? i'd love to beable to do a playthrough of tales but it crashes constantly. I'd really appreciate it, have a good one.
Unfortunately this is not a bug-fixing mod (TftC should not crash your game on its own), and will probably not help you in that regard. I would look at potential savegame/mod conflicts issues for that.
Since i don't have a XBOX or use the site I won't upload there, but if anyone else wants to convert it to the platform they are free to do so as I don't want to gatekeep it off.
It does rebuild precombs right? Bad wording on my OP sorry. I do use Boston FPS fix and thats been helping big time on my test same but sadly half the bowling alley gets eaten by the old building, would this remedy that if I loaded this after bostonfpsfix? Hey man sorry to bother you but i'm hitting a bit of a wall and was wondering if you might know what to do, So I load this mod in vortex, I pick the fix precombs and the esp file. I go to the ck and upload it. but when I try it in xbox it crashes when I enter any cell with changes in them. Could I be uploading it wrong, do I need an archive?
