   I've been using both mods for a while now and haven't seen any issues pop up other than the sandbags being put in the front of the menu, what objects are missing?

      I wonder same thing, what this mod does provide?.. Im using tons of building mods together with Workshop Rearranged, and WR loaded first in LO gives me all menus and all items.
      
      Some guides suggest to load WR as your last building mod, this (for me) overwrites and hides few mods.

      Booted it up in FO4Edit. The only thing this mod adds is what looks like ten erroneous FormID entries not found anywhere. I would stay clear.
