Great blueprint! Fits the theme of a railway station with the vanilla aesthetic. I always avoided building at Oberland because my attempts were so disastrous but your layout was very well done. Cheers!
Glad it's useful for you! Yeah I usually just throw up some turrets at this place, but when I feel like having just a bit more, this has been doing the trick for me.
I love it. Mine tend to leave the tracks open as a thru-way and that limits what I can do with the area. I like how you set this up without walls along all four sides as well (I can't seem to help myself). Some Oberland blueprints are cramped and I can barely navigate them. Yours is nice and open.

Happy it's worked out for you! I need breathing room in my settlements. Drives me bonkers when there's too much stuff surrounding me. So still plenty of room to add things for others who like it a bit more full.

nice design simple yet practical, unlike mine only prefab building then fill it with a ton of bed, lazy me. Because I did the settlement building 30+ sites straight right now and I don't have a passion for building settlement any more, nice work! Oh yeah, are you planning for another settlement? Cause there are 31 left settlements (6 you already upload so there are 37 total in the game including DLCs)
I hear you. Can't imagine doing 30. I work on one and then don't want to do anymore. I usually only have two or three settlements in a playthrough just so I have a place to stop over and sell or buy food. And even just for that many, Transfer Settlements is such a blessing for me. I have a couple others I've done I might take a look at and see if any are worthwhile to upload.Some I'm not aesthetically happy with so just serve a basic function. Honestly never bothered with Far Harbor settlements and completely avoid Vault 88 as it's not my thing. Glad they are working out for you and are useful!
I've been using a modded version of this blueprint for so long that it's very possible I stole your idea and didn't remember! Now I'm going to have to go look up your old videos to remind myself. If so, I apologize! I'm old and my memory is crap these days.
Heh, yeah after your other comment, thought I'd upload one. I always keep Red Rocket as a personal home. Honestly, never had settlers there. I have one for Zimonja but just for 5 settlers. And even with only that it feels so cramped to me. I hate feeling closed in. Hope this one works out well for you.
