As far as I can tell there will be an error in all the weapon quests if you use it with 1.7, there will be three errors. I am not sure what will happen if I remove them honestly I don't care about caps weapons being perfectly balanced I just want the icons and tagging but the tagging is using some new formats so it looks like it will need to be built again but using 1.7.6 as a base.
I don't exactly know how to patch it myself or I would but in the meantime if you are using and older version of Horizon like 1.7.6 in F4EE you can use Pra's Horizonifier script for F04Edit on Crime and punishment. Just Load Z_Architect.esm, Z_Horizon.esp and Crime and Punishment and run the script on C&P. Take the new esp and load it after the aforementioned mods. While doing this will not get you the level list injectors it will balance most of the items in the mod for Horizon and tag most of them properly.

I am having this issue where raider prisoners, or any prisoner for that matter, wont give the appropriate dialogue included with CAP (can't use encouragement, punish, or free them for that matter). Has anyone else ran into this issue and or have some insight?
The changes made to solicitation where there is now dialogue when you approach someone wearing the solicitation ring does not appear. So there is currently no way to start solicitation as the Original Mod author updated that from a mod Key to Dialogue that appears when wearing the solicitation ring.would be cool if we could get an update for this...pllllllllleeeeeeeeaaazzzzzzzzeeeeeeeeeee
Hey thank you for taking the time to put this together, I am trying to understand the last part of the weapon quest scripts, the Scrap_mod_weapon Common is not a function in 1.7.6. which is the base of the F4EE. So my thinking is replacing the new scrap with similar scraps from 1.7.6. and wondered if you thought that would work? it seems not. I think it would need to be remade using the v.1.7.6 If you can point me to some info on how to go about doing that I will do it. :)

Did anything break with the latest CAP update? From Flashy changelog, things should still be working.

For those not wanting to console command, I would suggest leaving the "Solicitation Consequences" option of Crime and Punishment disabled.
If you're looking for a cure, type this into the console: player.additem 000008ab 1
This will give you an Advanced Cure-X.
The id for regular antibiotics is 00249f2c and it also worked.
Lastly, wear protection.
