Description

This patches Crime and Punishment to be seamlessly incorporated into Horizon.

General
  • Everything is correctly named so it will have an icon in Pipboy
  • Everything  craftable was moved into the TechLab (from ChemLab) and now have a Horizon skill requirement.
  • Minor Cell edits merged with Horizon.
  • FormList manipulation done via Script to not mess up with Horizon (source included).

Weapons
  • Balanced for Horizon
  • Are part of the world now. They can be found as loot and will drop from Raiders.
  • Can me modded at the Workbench.
  • Can be scrapped (Workbench, Shredder and Field Kit) giving back correct components.
  • They now have condition. So, yes, you can find a broken weapon at a capture site when planning your escape. Good luck.
  • ZX-1 not supported on purpose. Since the weapons can already be crafted at TechLab, I didn't want to clutter ZX-1, specially since there are no special mods for those weapons.

Armor (Disguises)
  • Balanced for Horizon
  • Can be modded at the Workbench.
  • Can be scrapped (Workbench, Shredder and Field Kit) giving back correct components.
  • They had their body slots updated to work like their Horizon counterpart.

Economy
: This you have to do it yourself to adjust CAP caps (catchy, huh) for Horizon
  • Adjust the Bounty base caps value in MCM. I recommend 75
  • Pull out the console and execute "set RSEII_Bounties_Bribe to 200" (without quotes) to reduce the bribery value to 200 (500 is too much for Horizon standards).
  • Pull out the console and execute "set RSEII_Solicitation_BaseRate to 50" (without quotes) to increase solicitation base to 50 (my body worths more than the default 25 caps. Just don't whore yourself out too much).
  • After running those commands, the settings will persist once you save your game. New saves don't have to do any of that since I changed those values directly in the patch. Existing saves need to do it exactly to override the already saved values.

Requirements, Installation and Load Order

Requires Crime and Punishment and Horizon, obviously.
Install like any other mod.
Load order
  • Crime and Punishment
  • Horizon (use the standard Horizon load order)
  • Load this in the general area where you load other Horizon Patches. Just be sure to load it after Z_Horizon_LootRespawn and Z_Horizon_LootRespawn_DLC.

Other Considerations

I only patched the cosmetic and equipment stuff. No gameplay between those mods were patched, they already work well together. If you have any suggestion of anything else that would be nice to have it patched, leave a comment.
Some things I can't change due to the fact that neither author provide script sources nor give permission to alter them (nor it would be a good idea if they did).
