The build is in the Transfer settlements category. In the main page it is written again under my title. Fallout 4 > Transfer settlements blueprint. Didn't feel it was necessary to repeat it in the description.
Sorry missed that above the name at the top. But would still be a good Idea to add it to requirements. I doubt I'm the only one who looks for mods and when they see one that really looks nice just clicks on it and reads the description first. Then opens the requirements to see if it requires something that they don't have. From the pictures it's a great looking homeplate build. I'm just not any more mods than i feel i have to due to the fact that since bethesda decide to jam a lot of cc crap into the game my load times when changing cells (especially going from inside to outside) seem to have gotten longer. I even dropped mod load from 100 +, down to around 50 to counter that problem . That help a little but they still seem longer than I remember them being before they added all the cc content.
The one good thing about making Vanilla builds is that you can Disable or remove the mod after transferring said blueprint. This is an old version of Homeplate. I have updated it. Thanks again for your comments and the endorsement.
Kudos doobNemesis. I agree with 'thesimpsonguy' regarding the number of low mods required with this blueprint being an advantage.
Since I have started playing around with Transfer Blueprints, I struggle to keep the number of mods down in my blueprints. There are so many objects I like to have in my game. This is getting to be like struggle with the plugins limit for me.
Did you do your work on this one in the Creation Kit as a esp then export it to Transfer Settlements or was it all done in Workshop mode?
jaydawg55. I do use mods to create the settlement builds but i don't use the creation kit. Don't know how to. I use. Place everwhere. TheLich OCDecorator - Static Loot. mcface.i use the dispencer for placing static decorations. Home Plate - Mechanist Lair - Full Workbenches. g10stpd none of the above is needed to TSB.
Great idea. I spent an inordinate amount of time decorating HP the last time I played FO4. And I don't want to go down that way again. To me this is more a framework for em to build on than what I really want. Going to put in a shower for one But making it all vanila is a great idea as I don't need to check my loadorder for umpteen mods that I might - or might not - already have. Thank you for sharing Also my first time using blueprints. The animations and comments had me laughing
Thanks Bernt. Couldn't agree more on keeping blueprints vanilla, Seen some great looking builds but they require ten or more mods, Deal breaker for me. Wastelandproject recently uploaded a Vanilla vault 88 and has been downloaded over 400 times already.
Thanks for this. More vanilla plans are always welcome. I mainly use RRTV's homes instead of focusing on settlements but there are a few I do enjoy using including Homeplate!
Honestly, a fantastic build when I'm /really/ tired of building HP over and over again. Thanks man, seriously. Looks good, immersive and doesn't lag my game whatsoever with too much useless junk.
Looks interesting.I rarely stay in Diamond City and never had much use for homeplate because its such a poorly laid out mess. That being said this looks like it might just work for the type of play through I am doing now.One questions though, outside of just scrapping all of the trash at this location is there anything else that needs to be done in the way of prep?
no. scrap all the junk and you're good to go. you will end up with two power boxes as you can't scrap them. Edit. If you nuke fitst then the power box is removed.

So glad you like it. took such a long time to build.
Thanks for the feedback.

Regarding scrapping doob, can I use the 'scrapall' console command or should I use 'Scrap Everything' to remove junk item by item?
It was originally built for a new playthrough.
