   Dieing with the iamtheone BAT can be done with the saugus ironworks lava/molten metal.

      Tried. Nothing happened to me (I mean the character takes damage but health restores back immediately and the HP bar isn't changing)

      Which lava pit did you use because the lava in the furnace is different from the cauldron lava in the main room,
      furnace lava does 100 energy DPS , cauldron/chimney lava kills with script

      Yeah! Thanks to you I discovered another way of meeting the demise: activating the test engine run in ArcJet Systems and going to the test chamber. This one works even through essential status (it doesn't kill with that status but makes it impossible to continue since you will ... have no body after that)
