    Locations for the placed containers/items:

    Quincy Quarries
    - Chest of explosives in the office overlooking the quarry
    Big John's Salvage
    - Box of explosives in the house, next to the big tool shelves
    Fort Strong
    - In the outpost on the road leading to the fort again a box of explosives
    Thicket Excavations
    - A painted rock with standard stats in the trailer surrounded by fences
    - 1 dynamite in the other trailer
    And once the water has been drained:
    - Box of explosives at the bottom, next to the bosschest
    - A painted unique rock on the shelf in the same room
    Diamond City
    -A painted unique rock in Piper's shack, Nat's playing area
    -Most of the kids have normal rocks in their inventories

    All the containers should reset given enough time.

    the Dynamite and rock are alright

    but the plastic explosive need some texture rework

    Sounds interesting. The explosives are a bit weak compared to the stuff in my game but that could easily be arranged.

    Question: do the stones utilize the throwing arc of Demolition perk No. 2?

      Yes the perk works with the stones. The damage was balanced with vanilla game in mind. It's easy to tweak using xEdit for example, the lines are under Explosion, named a88explosion for the dynamite and a88explosionBIG for the C4.

    Considering the speed, damage and radius that suiciders do/have, I think nerfing the explosives when shot does not really balances anything.

      I did not touch the vanilla explosives, the nerfed damage when shot only affects the 2 explosives added by this mod.

    Wow, looks very cool. Very Fallout.
    How do 9m and 20m radii compare to vanilla explosives? Seems big but IDK.

      I got the radius numbers by just converting the game length units (900, 2000) to centimeters, no clue if they actually correlate to metric or imperial units but it seemed about right. That is the outer radius of the explosions, so everything outside of that you is totally uneffected, I don't think it's unreasonably big. I for sure would not want to be 10m away from 5 sticks of dynamite when it goes off :D. Vanilla mines and grenades have pathetic small radius of 500 so this is about double and 4x, but the mines are proximity activated unlike this...
