Improves the armors (apa mk1 x02 and x03) to be better than they were i felt that the mods could be made to be better with the stats being more inline with each other ill list what i changed here:

Classic APA
Arms and legs hp changed from 320 to 150 and damage resistance changed from 260 to 200
Helmet hp changed from 320 to 230 and damage resistance changed from (again) 320 to 230
Torso hp changed from 710 to 450 and damage resistance changed from 460 to 340

Enclave X-02
Arms and legs hp changed from 126 to 160, damage resistance changed from 80 to 220 and the energy resistance changed from  50 to 170.
Helmet hp changed from 126 to 250, damage resistance changed from 130 to 250 and energy resistance changed from 110 to 200
Torso damage resistance changed from 230 to 350 and energy resistance changed from 180 to 250

Hellfire X-03
Arms and legs hp changed from 170 to 230, damage resistance changed from 190 to 230 and energy resistance changed from 30 to 180.
Helmet hp changed from 190 to 300, damage resistance changed from 235 to 250 and energy resistance changed from 60 to 210
Torso damage resistance changed from 380 to 400 and energy resistance changed from 130 to 260

Bugs no shadows idk why or how it happend or how to fix it
