Thanks for this. I really love the care and writing put into the story. The ambience was perfectly timed right. The enemies were absolutely horrifying and threatening. Howard Phillips would love this I feel.
This mod certainly deserves even more Endorsements. I would love to see more like it, or an expansion of this.
we saw this MOD on a friend's computer and thought it was an update to the next generation version(lol). The First Person and the lack of supplies scared the hell out of us, but man, your mod is awesome. I wish you happy every day,thank you。
Darker Nights + this mod you end up constantly trying to make things out on the screen. Its a really awful. The Mojavi Manhunter looks like it worked fine when I visited. This mod is amazing. Any chance for more?
I am huge fan of Lovecraft, so when I saw this mod I had to try it out. I was also trying out several other mods - for settlement building -, and started a new game. I made a few intro quests and then started debugging my settlement mods, to weed out the faulty ones and in that process I tried sleeping. Just to see if that would help with the bug I was currently working to fix.
Sleeping however introduced me to the dream sequence intro and I was blown away! It is so well done, very true to the spirit of Lovecraft, and really gave that original feeling of a Lovecraftian adventure.
I just wanted to say that I am impressed and thank you for a great story. I was thoroughly entertained all the way.
Hi, I am stuck in the dungeon after reading excerpt 7, The massive door next to the #3 post does not automatically open for me. The broken button I can push but nothing happens. How can i get out of this dungeon? I went back to the elevator and it's broken? Please help as I accidentally deleted a save right before entering the dungeon, silly me.
I've tired to enjoy this mod, genuinely, but I can't. The sheer number of "retextured" ghouls and their health pools just detracts from this. There's never a deviation from this and it's the same enemy over and over. I went in with plenty of Radaway/Rad-X. The constant drain while underground is just ... it's taxing.
The atmosphere, storytelling, and word-building is fantastic. It's just a shame how much of a chore it feels like to make progress ...
EDIT: AND DONT GET ME STARTED ABOUT THOSE GODDAMN TICKS. Literally lose your entire healthpool when killed. It's just draining ...
Ticks now also crash game sometimes. VATS bugged and 0 percentage in VATs seems CAUSE bugs - you're unableto hit them in normal modeaswell,sometimesa ranom limb gets 95% chance to hit, butyou cannot kill those.
Damageis out f window for survival. Explosions of zombies one shot 50 lvl player in top PA, no save from that.
Hello! A quick question. I just installed the mod (Only this Children of Ug-Qualtoth Redux - BA2), but I have an issue with VATS. I can only use VATS with melee weapons; when I try to use ranged weapons, I only see a 0% chance of hitting with all weapons. Is this expected behavior or is it a bug?
This is not a bug but a mechanism in this mod. VATS is disabled for almost every scene in this mod for lore-friendly reasons. Besides, there is a patch made to enable VATS for this mod.
contains Spoiler (don't know how to code it to hide those): So, Say i want to actually do what the voices ask and give the ahl'cathg back, how pray tell would one do that?

Tried this out for the first time, the adventure started, but the door isn't opening. I'm just stuck in the first room with nothing to do?
