Throwable Bullet Casings mod is a stealthy mod to distract enemies. I used this mod to remove the click at the start of throwing. There is still some clicking when items are being thrown.
Extracted Fallout4 - Sounds.ba2 with Bethesda Archive Extractor into a new folder copy FX_Swing_Medium_01.wav into Fallout4/Data/Sound/FX/WPN/Grenade rename FX_Swing_Medium_01.wav to WPN_Grenade_Throw_01.wav do this again and name it WPN_Grenade_Throw_02.wav You have now replaced the clicky throw 1 and throw 2 with a simple swing noise

I did it myself years ago in FO4 edit, but I dunno how I made it...
I'm also using real throwing weapons mod, and it's more than illogical to have this click sound.
Small things but huge immersion effect, thx.
Edit: though after throwing the shift lever souind is still ongoing...
