I bulit this settlement with the idea of manufacturing and engineering in mind. You will find an ammo plant, robotics workshop, power armor depot and workshop, and weapons depot and workshop. Will support up to 11 settlers. Since this is not a full settlement, food and water and stores are not an option for here, so you will have to send a provisioner here from another settlement.
There were only a few items I scrapped but can't exactly remember. I'd recommend importing the blueprint first, then scrapping the vanilla items that are clipping.
