Quick trade skips the dialogue menu and the command menu, which are both things i key off to enable injection of the icon. So that doesn't surprise me there. I'll see about changing the way I key off when to enable injection to make this work with Quick Trade.
It is working for me with quicktrade redux, i don't have any problem with it except it won't show with dogmeat but it seem to be a known problem for some reason.
There are 3 problems with mod first its broken with ui , second sometimes didnt work at all and last afte some time companion weight always reset to default for example piper has 145 but she wears backpack and 195 some time later she will have backpack and have 145 carry weight. Last issue needs reequip each time it reseted so dont bother use this mod unless its fixed
This is behaving weirdly. It *appears* to work, but with Dogmeat, it only works if he isn't following me. The second I tell him to come along, the counter disappears. Does this with both versions.
Thanks so much for this mod, as a massive hoarder of everything I can see in-game, it's quite annoying having to guess how much more junk can I throw at my companion haha Also a note for anyone in the future that is considering this mod: Dogmeat won't get a weight counter, technically in the code he doesn't count as a companion
Mods that might edit the companions carry weight seems to break this mod. I have one that adds magazines all over the map and one of the increases companion carry weight +50. But , all the companions, even dense, show a value of 150 max carrying capacity but the can only seem to be able to carry 139 according to them mod. Weird stuff..
I had the same problem, Try to copy the files ScriptObject.pex and ObjectReference.pex from the F4SE /data/scripts folder, and paste to the Fallout4/data/scripts folder. It worked with me using the ESL version, not sure if worked for everyone.
Dogmeat isn't a "true" companion, from a coding stance. His carry functions and carryweight values work uniquely from other companions, which unfortunately results in a lot of buggy behavior.
amazing mod! but it doesn't work very well for me. what happens to me is the following, sometimes when I enter in the trade menu, in the upper left I cannot click, I suppose it is because I play 1440p and the mod is made for 1080. I hope they fix it and good work!

It doesn't seem to be working with QuickTrade / Quicktrade Redux however. :/

It doesn't work.
There isn't a f4se/data/scripts folder for me. And those files are already in the fallout4/data/scripts folder and still no icon
