   Pretty sure they changed it because "Over-Encumbered" is grammatically incorrect?

      Probably. it should just be encumbered.
      verb - restrict or impede (someone or something) in such a way that free action or movement is difficult.
      
      Just change it to not have the "over" part in. otherwise it's a nice little change to feel more like what we're used to.

   Thanks for doing this! I grabbed FO4Edit and removed the text from the string, and the alert stopped displaying (which is exactly what I wanted).
