Thank you for this. I had installed it and tried it out and thought it amusing. I was using a melee character at the time, though, so it didn't really come in to play. *Then* - after forgetting I had installed this - I hopped on the Vertibird for the first trip to the Prydwyn and fired up the minigun and laughed as the sound kicked in. Later on, it made gunning down the Behemoth at Fort Strong in Shadow of Steel much more entertaining.
Was there a guide or tutorial you followed when you were editing these sounds files? I've been wanting to get into modding myself and thought maybe jumping into editing sound files would be a good start? I really really would like to get into modding.
I can't get mine to work, I have the file activated through NMM yet I still get the standard sound effect. I even tried manually putting the file into the sound section of the fallout 4 folder with no luck. Am I missing something here?
