Q/A Q1: What's the armor mod in the screenshots? A1: All of the screeshots (except for one with 1st person view) aren't made by me, so I really don't know :) Q2: I'm experiencing crashes on workbench/inspection, or the gun isn't in the game at all, I can't see it even in console! A2: Read the important information section in the description. Tl;dr: most likely your Fallout 4 is outdated, update the game to the latest version. Q3: See-Through Scopes support? A3: Yes. To be continued...
Awesome mod, the only thing I can complain about is the sounds, but a different mod fixed those for me. They didn't feel powerful enough for me, especially the silenced shot.
For anyone else, here's the sound mod I'm using: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/51626?tab=files I'm using the optional file with echo
I downloaded the mod but when I try to get it using console commands, I just get a fully pinkish purple gun with no textures, can you fix that? turns out Im a total idiot and just forgot to download the textures 💀
now I have another problem and this is where the bug report section would be useful.... there is no reload sound in 3rd person.
That's why bug report section wouldn't be useful. How to fix the bug - Step 1: Install main mod archive; Step 2: Install the update; Step 3: Install the hotfix for the update. Update files should have a priority over the files they are updating. All fixed!
The weapon wont show, i've already discovered jamaica plain and went for the weapon but it is not there, also used the console commad help AX50 4 weap and shows back the viewer strings not available
I had the exactly the same problem (including the absence of the rifle after console command "help AX50 4"). I'm using MO2, v 2.5. The mod did not load correctly for me when using the "Mod Manager Download" option (although everything seemed just fine with the download from Nexus to MO2 and the subsequent install through MO2). It did load correctly for me however when I did a manual download, and then used MO2's "Install Mod" option (CTRL-M) using the manually downloaded files.
So, something's messed up, but there is a workaround. YMMV.
Good luck.
PS - I'd be remiss in not adding that it's a great mod. Without going into details, I had an epic journey to get it, and then used it as part of "Taking Independence" to kill the Mirelurk Queen with a head shot. Endorsed.
wait so when you say all the updates you mean the 2 files that mention see through? if yes then I had them both and still had the same slow issue. also I don't use see through and even without them I had the same issue. idk I'm probably doing something wrong.
