The original mod also includes clear and radstorm weather but I just wanted a mod where it snows all the time so here it is!
Original file not needed. Original mod : Polluted Climate - Winter Edition by Mandragorasprouts
For Winter Textures you can use these mods : Winter Redone, Winter Overhaul, Icepick Overhaul, F4 Seasons - Snow etc. you can also use Winter Commonwealth Pines for additional snow trees. (Maby problems with Winter Overhaul because it also comes with its own snow mod)
Not Compatible with other weather mods and darker nights.
Compatible with Clarity

Far Harbor DLC
Nuka World DLC
Mods used on screenshots:
Icepick Overhaul / Winter Overhaul (pick just one of them)

Known Issues:
For some reason FO4 snow particles don't have occlusion, so snowflakes will fall through the roof in exteriors. It can be switched to rain geometry but will look very unrealistic (not floating in air like snowflakes but heavily fall down like rain drops). It's a game engine limitation and I can't do anything about it.
