   You have any idea how I could go about changing ammo types of custom weapons? Or am I in over my head as a non-modder?

      Just open up the Creation Kit or FO4Edit, load up the esp, go the the weapon you are wanting to edit and change its ammo type to whatever you want.

   Why not just class 10mm ammo as 'SMG Ammo'?
   This way you have fewer mod conflicts in-game.

   I was searching for part V of this mod, but only found parts I, II, III, IV and VI. I'm assuming you mistook VI as 5, but it's a 6. Am I correct?

      Part V is on my YouTube channel. It replaces Fallout 4's combat music with Borderlands 2's! As you could guess the Nexus will not allow copyrighted music so I had to upload it on a 3rd party website. Just check out my YouTube for the download (link in the mods description).
