I've seen in game ads or billboards for other games in the past (not in Bethesda titles), and I'm not sure how I feel about it. On one hand it's kind of neat when it's not intrusive, but I also don't buy games to be advertised at (I hate it when games are subsidised by a unrelated company and ad heavy - Zool and Chupa Chups for instance).
I think for games like Fallout and TES that it would also start blurring the boundaries between their individual universes in canon and lore. While most players probably wouldn't care, you'll have the purists getting noisy, especially if it ends up having to retcon some of the lore.
I can't download Youtube videos, but I managed to find a source video for it so it'll be done over the next few days. I just hope the conversion does it justice because the trailer is absolutely epic.
EDIT - And it's up. Check https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/43061/

I've always felt that the Elder Scrolls should be the Fallout World's "Lord of the Rings"
