Seems like not working with Piper? I did Custom skin and body shape on piper didn't work, is there something i miss? Other Character just works fine. Appreciate any help. :)
2 years late but in case anyone new has this problem - solved for me by going into the meshes and replacing the body and hand nif files for the followers with the ones from character assets.
I had this working nicely but recently noticed that I am getting CTD when fast travelling to certain areas like GoodNeighbor and Sanctuary. I disabled all my mods, one by one until I was able to determine that it was Unique Followers causing the crashes. I am not sure why this is happened. I was able at one point to use this without errors. Any help is appreciated.
During the tradecraft quest unable to get close to Deacon there's a 100ft circle around him causing crashes and he's the epicenter. Tested my 160 mod load order with this it crashes without it its fine. Perplexing since I never actually touched Deacon in the files just Cait Curie and Piper. Posting this here to save others some guesswork if they have the same crash issues.
here a thing ... if u complain about male meshes not being compatible with ur game.. just want to open main.ba2 , and releplace the male body.nif and frizzybody.nif with the mesh u use evb or tbos. Thas all.Works with minor issues.
Patch face mod, I have done it like this at 05/23/2018:
1. Have no idea of FO4Edit. Download FO4Edit (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2737) Unzip in any folder.
2. Open FOEdit.exe, and select both mods, Unique Followers and the face mod you want to patch.
3. In the left panel, display the face mod, display "non-player character" and click on the character's name. Now, in the panel on the right we see three columns. The column on the left is vanilla, and the other two columns are the mods, with all the NPC data.
4. Scroll down until you see "WNAM - Skin" (they are red letters). Clik (hold) the data under UniqueFollowers.esp column, an drag it to the column of the mod you want to patch. Clik Yes, Clik Yes.
