Even if you are banned and I now write to your ghost the question you had is still of relevance. In case my mod does not work as intended you have a load-order issue with another mod overwriting my changes. It's easy to solve, you have to load up your mod manager and drag my mod as far down you can, then it will 100% win and work as intended. It's that easy.
Personally i'd rather have these useless quests removed too. But it seems nobody did that, so far. Ah well. Answering the dude anyway, yeah, you can directly skip the nonsense by simply use the console commands, as you can read here https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Cappy_in_a_Haystack

markers are still disapearing 40 meters away from where each one is.
god i hate these rubbish quests,need a way to just delete them or mark them complete so i can clean my side quest list out..
