To fix Brown face bug remove the pocks from the neck. Idk why they cause it but its them. Same problem for anyone running Collection of textures and presets for the girls. That specific blemish causes issues.
I just want you to know that installing the mods that your TLOU 2 Ellie requires (collection of textures and presets for girls) gives this Joel preset the brown face bug.
