That's I problem I have, and just found out it was due to the mainmenu bink loop. Very weird issue. Kept thinking it was a specific mod, but it was so very random.
Is it not meant to be animated? its just a still image from me although the mod its based on seems to be animated. Just verifying this is intended, the song choice is really nice either way.
