I was looking for some good nightmare fuel for the Halloween season, thank you for this. It honestly seems like something that would happen in the Fallout Universe, like the worms in the Brahmin in NukaWorld
Fun mod! Only two comments would be that they seem to mostly replace ghouls - I end up with 2-3 ghouls and 8-20 not-a-head-crabs in a swarm, on average. Whether that is an issue is just personal taste.
The other is that I have problems with them falling through the floor - mostly when I whack them with a melee weapon.
