Description:
------------
Includes 3 workshop objects that mod the player's jumping ability
and applies requisite force to hostiles:
'Small Launch Pads' require no power and provide enough boost to jump roughly 1 story.
'Powered Launch Pads' requires 1 power and "2stories.
'Nuclear Jump Pads' requires 1 power, Science 3 and "3stories.
Known issues (hopefully past only)

Modifying the player's jumping AV through script is dangerous.
Depending on Papyrus latency, user experience may vary.
If the pads do not seem to be working 100% of the time, then it is by design
so that the player's jumping ability does not become permantly modified.
