FO4Edit Patching MainMenu Conflict Tutorial
PATCHING
If you find that this mod and another one are knocking each other out of the menu, and you're not using the SKE versions of these, the following will be a Do It Yourself tutorial. If you are using SKE, this will work too but its probably extra work since Sharlikan has many many many patches built into his package. This is one of the easiest edits I know of, so it'll make for good practice for those with enough patience to try it out.
First Step: Download FO4Edit
Download xEdit
navigate into that directory, find Tes5Edit, and rename it to FO4Edit.exe.
Install it within the Fallout4 Directory, or somewhere nearby, or in a folder within it (so you can find it).

Make sure the mods you want to patch... -
VER 1.04 NOTES
• Added Missing Items - Grape Mentats, Empty Nuka Bottle,
• Empty Nuka Bottle suffers from the same missing glass icon bug as other glass items.
• Fixed Model for multiple ammo boxes. Bullet is no longer poking through box
• Fixed the empty picture frames. There are now 5 versions with various pictures
• I'll eventually expand on these
• Added Robot Model Kit(box), Silver Shroud Prop Gun, Calling Card, Signed Picture, Tinker-Tom's MILA Device, 5 Holotape Games
• These are all "Replicas" and cost normal materials. Not the item itself.
• Added single ammo rounds for all standard projectiles
• Added Mortar Round and LIBERTY PRIME...
