WHY
I know that there is alredy cool work named "Faction Housing Overhaul - Vault 81" made by Elianora. BUT I wanted to make my own version with new rooms, details and a little bit more IMMERSIVE.
BUT I'm fond of Elianora's housing mods for Skyrim because with out settlement building such houses save our lives.

WHAT IT DOES?!
This mod adds a few new rooms to Vault 81. Two of them will be available after completing Curie quest.
