Hate to gravedig, and to be picky, but while a Mateba revolver is indeed used by Togusa in GitS, the Model 6 Unica isn't it. It was the older Mateba 2006M. They do have the same cylinder layout, though.
I firmly disagree. As a man of culture, I firmly approve of him putting anime girls in his thumbnails. It definitely makes things more interesting on the nexus pages I go through. Plus it's a new calibers patch, what else is he gonna put there? A bullet? Too cliche, nawww, I enjoy plenty of anime girls, even in places they have no reason for being. Plus, he still included a depiction of the gun involved so it's not like he skimped out on the image of the gun and substituted it for anime girls.
Some people enjoy what they do, and want it to look nice in their own opinion. While your opinion exists, and is valid in your mind, don't go saying things like "it doesn't make people want your mod more" that's just stupid, and factually wrong. The only reason I even clicked on this was for the anime girls, so in that case his thumbnail did its job. It attracted attention whilst still being relevant to what the mod is.
