Thought I'd make this simple edit since I already looked on the nexus for such a mod to no avail.
Mod Video
Installation:
For Vortex and NMM Users: Click "Install with Mod Manager"
Manual Install: Merge the Data folder with yours in your F4 install. Then, navigate to Documents\my games\Fallout4, and append the following to the end of Fallout4Custom.ini with your text editor of choice:
Uninstall: Either with your mod manager, or if installed manually, delete the following path from the data folder: Data\Sound\FX\WPN\SuicideBomber\
