    LOD for this mod have been made by Hudddd and are now available here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/59569

    Another set of LOD have been created by DoubleYouC and are now available here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/61884?tab=files

    Full disclosure, I haven't had time to properly test them both but that is definitely a great addition to the mod. So check it out.

    got this from wyre bash when cleaning up my plugins:
    The following plugins have HITMEs (Higher Index Than Masterlist Entries), which most commonly occur when the Creation Kit or an advanced mode of FO4Edit were used to improperly remove a master. The behavior of these plugins is undefined and may lead to them not working correctly or causing CTDs. Such a plugin is usually beyond saving and mod authors should revert to a backup from before the plugin was corrupted. The safest course of action for a user is to uninstall it.
    * MoreRust-softcolors.esp:  7 HITMEs
    any information on if this is just from a bad install on my end or maybe if this is just an error i can safely ignore? really love more rust in the commonwealth!

      To further clarify, the "MR-ShippingCrate-##rust" entries are being reported as Higher Index Than Masterlist.

    Been using this mod with LOD for a while now, and I have to say, I’ll never go back to vanilla. The rust to the skyscrapers really makes the ruins feel more eerie and hopeless. Especially in certain weathers. I’m obsessed.

    Thank you so much for making this.

      did you extract the archive from the .7zip download folder, and are you sure you put it in the right gamefolder? filepath should be your fallout 4 root folder > data, and then just put the texture folder from the mod into the data folder i just listed. of course, archive invalidation must be turned on. if you dont know what that is, google it. nothing works without it in terms of modding. other than that there cant really be anything wrong, its just textures. pretty much just drag and drop.

    Technically speaking, this is EXACTLY how metal should look like when it comes to cities near sea shores. And since Fallout 4 is located in Massachusetts, the salty air from sea waves could easily turn buildings into scrap.

    A building in a coastal environment will be exposed to significantly more salt water (or vapour) than a building in a typical urban location. Salt water corrodes metal five times faster than fresh water and is an excellent catalyst for metal oxidation, or in other words – corrosion.

    Anaerobic corrosion is caused by the metabolic activity of bacteria in seawater and occurs when metal is submerged in salt water for an extended period of time. One of the most destructive species is Sulphate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) which causes severe accelerated corrosion to ships and offshore steelwork.
    Air borne sand particles are very abrasive, and you need to ensure that a protective coating with high abrasion resistance is used for your property.
