Does this actual fix the r91 mod?! From what i heard most people are having trouble with that mod, but i would download this if the r91 didn't have issues that what people are saying on C1ph3rr r91 page.
I've really never had issues with the R91 mod, and I use it with the expansion pack (which is why it's a requirement) since the expansion seemed to fix the issues I had with the C1pherr R91. I'm not sure what issues people are having. If you're having audio loops type in " fks " into the console (no quotes) and it'll restart the sounds and usually fixes it. That's literally the only issue I've had with the R91.
