  Every Settlement has at least: 1 Bar & 1 Scrapping Station
  All Settlements are connected
  All Settlements have settlers and basic food and water supplies
  All Settlements have been build without any mods
  All Companions are available at RedRocket (but NOT Preston, I Ignored that guy)

  Cleaned Up all Settlements
  Vines, Piles of Leaves, Trash, Decals and similar stuff has been removed with great caution to not break combined textures

  Improve / Extend main hubs such as Sanctuary, Starlight Drive-In (in a post apocalyptic way)
