Use 'All Settlements Building Area Expanded' (make a search in the description page for details).
The plugins of all the NMCSU settlements also expand the building area of their settlement, but they also remove and change many things unlike the more general mod above (see 'This blueprint comes with a plugin').
Sorry, Beef01 but although I started with Sanctuary and Red Rocket, these two settlements remain in a very basic state. I then went on building 18 others and I never went back to Sanctuary, Red Rocket and Zimonja. I am now finishing County Crossing and it will be the last one I do... In the next days, I'll upload Nordhagen Beach, Spectacle Island and Home Plate.
I love the look of these, my only issue for personal use would be the fact these builds seem to ignore the fact it's a world with stuff like radstorms ( I actually get annoyed by radstorms). I tend to build with radstorms in mind so I build decontamination rooms at entrances and air filter system using radiation cleaning mod that adds that at cost of power, yeah I kind of get crazy with it lol. Open areas are mostly for dirty jobs. Easy fix I guess would be glass walls and roof over living areas, but again I do love the way your builds look, they are pretty much Desktop Wallpaper worthy for me I love when you upload these.
Thanks for the appreciation! There are many things that are not realistic both in my settlements and in the game. The house is more like a normal home rather then a community shelter, there are a lot of objects that couldn't be manufactured in that derelict world like the fusion generator, the advanced turrets and even much of the clutter...
The settlement NPCs going about their business outside during radstorms are just like any other NPCs in this game that has its (many) unfinished developments, so I learned to look at realism from a distance.
My blueprints are like imagined settlements made possible by a well reorganized Minutemen bee-like administration that is taking control of the Commonwealth and its resources, like the quarries and the manufactures. Unfortunately, the game has not gone to that depth...
The radiation cleaning mod is a good idea but my blueprints need too many mods already!...
