Great settlement. However, after import the workbench was missing from its original location. Where is the "Technical Building" mentioned in the description?
Not the plugin nor the blueprint can make the Workbench to disappear. Was it still there after you activated the plugin or did it disappear after the installation of the BP? Can't it be that it is hidden behind some wall after you installed the BP (the only possibility I can think of)? You should move it right after the plugin is activated by using the coordinates provided in the Description page. I am having another go at FO4 right now and I installed the Hangman Alley settlement two days ago without any problem.
It is possible to scrap the Workbench with Scrap Everything. Are you sure you didn't do it while your mind was blurred after 48h of non-stop gaming (ha, ha!)? If it really disappeared, can you tell me when (after plugin or after BP)?

It was still there after installing the plugin and was gone after importing the blueprint. I do have scrap everything installed but I am very careful with it. The decorations your BP provide were on the floor at the original workbench location and I clipped through the walls in the surrounding area still unable to find it.
I forgot I had Hangman's Alley Penthouse from Bethesda installed so that was the likely culprit. However, that mod doesn't move the workbench either. It also meshes nicely with yours if you want neighbors.
I went back to an earlier save, disabled that mod, scrapped the settlement and moved the workbench to the location specified in your instructions before importing the BP. Now everything is fine. In a few days I am going to reenable Bethesda's mod and look closer at how they mesh.

Can't it be that it is hidden behind some wall after you installed the BP (the only possibility I can think of)?
