RedRocketTV has a mod similar to this called My First Infirmary. I have used it for quite some time and works well.
Having said that, I will download this as well. One, not hidden behind perks, in the build menu (not special category), and three, the design and skins you have for the table, I think, are on point and able to include within a decoration of a house (small area), without duplication of a table and the healing.

But to be honest (and fair): RedRocketTV helped me with his Demo Video and Links to DarkFox very much, but I didn't know he had a similar Mod (I only thought it was a Feature in one of his Player Homes).

Hi DikaRiddle. 'My Infirmary' is included in some RRTV player home mods and is available separately. It was a feature in Fallout New Vegas but for some reason it was eliminated from Fallout 4. Don't fall for any of "that cheating" nonsense. So I put it back in my game.
MrCruelJohn has a good rationale for using your mod, too. You have offered an alternative way to do the same thing. I am going to download it, too because I value convenience. I would like to add it to other player / NPC homes early in the game.
looks neat. as someone who like a challenge i can't say the prospect of free healing is very interesting to me. but i can find some use this as decoration. gonna build some science labs in some of my settlements. would be nice to have a decoration only version of this.
