Love the look but is this supposed to replace the chem benches that already exist in the world(which is what I expected). I only see this bench when trying to build a new chem bench in the workshop menu. The world benches remain unchanged
Not blaming the mod author here or they're incredible work cuz I have another computer that this works on however I have another computer that this doesn't work on I was wondering if any one else has experienced this? I've done both mod manager and manual installment of the mod.
Sorry to nag at you but your descriptions don't say very much so I have to ask...
Besides being a replacer, what's the latest version "Designer Studio - Replacer v 0.6" contain/do? All it says is that it's 'cleaner than .5'... not sure what you mean by that.
Does it let you select from all the different versions you've made?
Sorry about that!
The new tables look good. Sure, they're pretty simple but I really like how you used the metal desks for the new L-shape and how they aren't overly cluttered so we can decorate rest of it ourselves.
Just one thing: You removed the sink. Don't you think a chem station should have a sink? That's kind of basic for almost any lab, DIY or professional. Real lab geeks would argue that a table with a sink, drain and running water is what makes a lab.
All information you need is in the captions on screenshots.
Choose one table from screenshots, check the image caption and go to download the file you have chosen.
And yes, this table have no sink, because it is more a "designer studio" and less a "chemistry station". It is the place where you create things, not only chems. (One discarded idea was BodySlide on the screen...)
I get it now. Sorry about that! I must have been drunk or high or both.
Yeah I can put a sink next to it myself if I really want to, it's no problem and I like the 'designer studio' -idea since I do have different craftable items in the chem station that should be in some other station or atleast in a different looking chem station so I can definitely use this for that kind of variety.
This mod is great. :) I look forward to the standalone version, though. In fact, I hope for standalone versions of all of them that let me have all of them in game~ <3
I'm studying what I want do, what I can do and what do you like, but it will take a bit. The final version wil be standalone, will have "studio" in the title, and will include improved versions of this mod, "Craftable Flat TV" and "Craftable Mixing Console"...
Awesome. Just a tip for all of us players, You can put a chair down to complete the look, but you can't get it too close. The collision will kick in when you try to use it as a chem bench and it will not work correctly.
Any chance you could offer a lore-friendly version with the standalone, with a clean prewar terminal, and/or one with an Institute terminal and the Institutionalised unlock requirement?
This seems like a really elegant solution to all the random stuff we end up with in the utility section.

Sorry for very (VERY) late response. I'm currently offline from modding, temporarily. I'm catching up on notifications.
There are several chem bench models in the game. This mod replaces one of them.
(If you use a mod that combines meshes, creating new precombines, this may be different)
Sorry for late response. I'm catching up on notifications...
This is a simple model replacer, it should work. Your issue is probably caused by some incompatibilities with other mods.
Other possible causes come from the configuration of INI files or if the computer is at the limit of its capabilities.
Hi sigmaceti21, we've talked on Tech Noir Fusion Cell.
I hope I will have some time to finish some things...
Check captions on screenshots

The computer does not work (and doesn't need power).
You can download a version without screen, and put a console from vanilla game or a flat TV on the table.

Anyway, standalone version probably will have no requirements
I will do it
